We had our April Book Club on Tuesday (had a GREAT time, as always) and that made me think that since I've written my movie revies I should also include the book reviews... Great idea, right???
So here it goes!!! Keep in mind that I've been running a month behind since the beginning though!!! LOL

Verdad que mas vale tarde que nunca???
El martes fue la noche de Book Club (me la pase super bien, como siempre) y eso me hizo pensar que igual como he escrito mis criticas de las peliculas que he visto tambien deberia escribir criticas de los libros... Es una gran idea, verdad???
Asi que aqui van!!! Solo recuerden que desde el principio he estado leyendo con 1 mes de atraso!!! Jajaja
Water for Elephants --> This was the 1st book I read for BC, I thought it was a fun read, and entertaining... Although I also thought it was a slow book at the beginning, but it was very interesting to see the life of a person through the eyes of that same person once he's in his 90s. It might not be a Nobel Prize Literature winner, but it was good.
Agua para Elefantes --> Este fue el primer libro que lei para del BC, a mi me gusto, me parecio divertido de leer y entretenido... Aunque tambien me parecio medio lento al principio, pero se me hizo interesante ver la vida de una persona a traves de los ojos de esa misma persona cuando tiene noventa y tantos. Puede que no sea un libro que vaya a ganar el Premio Nobel de Literatura, pero es bueno.
Three Cups of Tea --> Very good!!! I loved many aspects of it, it gives you a GREAT insight into the Muslim world. It's not easy to read, it's packed with information, but it is extremely interesting. Writing the review made me think about something: lots of people talk trash about the United States (I, by the way, think of America as the continent), but a few of the reasons that I'm starting to love this country are the libraries, postal service, the freeways and the millions of people who, like Greg Mortenson, donate so much (time and money) to charity constantly.
Tres Tazas de Te --> Muy bueno!!! Me encantaron muchos aspectos de este libro, te da un chorro de detalles del mundo Musulman. No es facil de leer, trae muchisima informacion, pero es extremadamente interesante. Escribir esta critica me hizo pensar en algo: muchas personas hablan super mal de Estados Unidos (yo, por cierto, pienso en todo el continente cuando dicen America), pero algunas de las razones por las que esto empezando a querer a este pais son las bibliotecas, el servicio postal, los freeways y los millones de personas que, como Greg Mortenson, donan tanto (en tiempo y dinero) a las obras de caridad.
Middlesex --> I'm not going to lie... I'm not done yet!!! :-D I'll write the review next month, once I'm also done with April's book "The Glass Castle"
Middlesex --> Pa que echo mentiras... Todavia no lo termino!!! :-D Voy a escribir mi critica el mes que viene, ya que termine el libro de Abril "El Castillo de Cristal"
