The other "weird" thing was that I didn't want Oliver Perez, the Mets starting pitcher to lose (he's also from Tijuana), but I've liked Khalil Greene since the first time I saw him play in San Diego and I think he should be our friend :-D (Yes, I know, completely dorky since they moved here from SD too), so I was cheering for him every time he was batting.
It's funny how the most innocuous things make you remember and feel certain things, for instance, going to the game last night made me feel REALLY home sick, I miss Petco Park, the weather (even though sometimes it was cold at Petco too), the music at the game and feeling more "at home"... yeah, there are not a lot of Mexicans at the game here :-D but I have to say, the nachos were pretty good :-)

Ayer fuimos a nuestro primer juego de beisbol de los Cardnales de St. Louis!!! Fue un poco "diferente" para nosotros porque en realidad no le ibamos a ninguno de los 2 equipos (todavia) y casi casi me sentia como que estaba traicionando a mi equipo :-S
La otra cosa "rara" era que yo no queria que perdiera Oliver Perez, el pitcher abridor de los Mets (porque tambien es de Tijuana), pero Khalil Greene me cae bien desde la primera vez que lo vi jugar en San Diego, y creo que deberia ser nuestro amigo (si, ya se, estoy bien wey, pero como ellos tambien se cambiaron para aca de SD), y le estaba echando porras cada vez que se paraba a batear.
Se me hace chistoso como las cosas mas inocuas te puedes recordar o hacer sentir algo, como ayer que ir al juego me hizo extranar MUCHO donde vivia antes, extrano Petco Park, el clima (aunque algunas veces tambien hacia frio en el Petco), la musica y sentirme mas "en casa", sip, aqui no van muchos mexicanos a los juegos :-D Pero tengo que admitir que los nachos estaban buenos :-)
I guess Pujols had an itch :-SSe me hace que Pujols tenia comezon :-S
