Last night we attended our first River City Rascals game :-) I don't think they're even a AAA team, and they're not affiliated to an MLB team, but it was fun anyway, they had different activities after each inning, the tickets are REALLY affordable and they also had several raffles and prizes (our section won a free QT sandwich :-D).
We were invited by Brian, one of my Church friends :-S And attended with Mark, Gayle and their youngest son.
It looked like they were going to get spanked (6-0 in the first inning), but the Rascals came back with a 3 run Home Run on the 9th and ended up winning on the 12th.
Overall it was a great night to be at the park, we had a really fun time (I did a lot of yelling, as in "Go Rascals", "We love you Ruffy" (one of the mascots) and such... and no, I wasn't drunk LOL) and we're planning on going back again :-)

Anoche fuimos a nuestro primer juego de los Rascals de River City :-) Se me hace que ni siquiera llegan a ser un equipo de AAA, y no estan afiliados a ningun equipo de la MLB, pero nos divertimos de todas maneras, hay diferentes actividades entre cada entrada, los boletos estan SUPER baratos y hay muchas rifas y premios (nuestra seccion gano un sandwich the Quick Trip :-D).

Parecia que iban a perder gacho (iban abajo 6-0 en la primera entrada), pero los Rascals regresaron al partido con un Home Run de 3 carreras en la novena entrada, y ganaron en la 12.
En general fue una noche fantastica para estar en el estadio, nos divertimos mucho (yo grite mucho, cosas como "Vamos Rascals", "Te amo Ruffy" (una de las mascotas) y cosas asi... y no, no andaba peda jajaja), y estamos planeando en volver a ir :-)

This was the "event" (race) that won us the sandwich, I wanted to root for Taquito, but we got Hot Dog assigned... And he won!!! Yay!!!
