In the search for beautiful dresses I searched the photos from this year Cannes Film Festival... Here are my favorites and my not so favorites :-)

MY TOP 3

I don't know who this chick is, her name is Michelle Yeoh, but I really like her dress. I think it's beautiful, very flattering and the emerald color is gorgeous.

No se quien en esta tipa, se llama Michelle Yeoh, pero me gusta mucho su vestido. Se me hace hermoso, muy favorecedor (no se que otra palabra usar) y el color esmeralda esta precioso.

I love this red dress worn by Monica Belucci (left side) but my favorite thing is the necklace she's wearing :-)

Beautiful and timeless black dress worn by Elsa Pataki. Maybe a bit to heavy for Cannes, but beautiful either way.

Vestido negro hermoso y clasico usado por Elsa Pataki. Tal vez un poco "pesado" para Cannes, pero bonito de todas maneras.

I really like the top of this dress, but I'm not too fond of the "new-old" trend of a short skirt in the front and long in the back, that seems to be making a comback :-S

Me gusta la parte de arriba de este vestido, pero no me encanta la "nueva-vieja" moda de la falta corta al frente y larga atras, que parece estar regresando :-S

I REALLY like the top of this dress!!! Don't judge me!!!

There is something I like about the dress worn by Penelope Cruz, but in the end, it looks too much like she's wearing a pantyhose over her body. Her face is flawless though!

Hay algo que me gusta de este vestido que trae Penelope Cruz, pero a fin de cuentas, se me hace que parece que trae una media sobre el cuerpo. Pero la cara se le ve muy bonita!

A lot of people from the media raved about Angelina's dress and I can see why, it's a very pretty color and it looks VERY glamorous... But I don't like the top part that much.

A muchos criticos de la farandula les encanto el vestido de Angelina y puedo ver por que, el color esta muy bonito y esta SUPER glamoroso... Pero a mi no me gusta la parte de arriba mucho que digamos.

Eva's dress is not ugly, it just seems that it overpowers her petite figure... Although, it looks much better on the second photo... The power of the pose and an angle!!!

El vestido de Eva no esta feo, pero se me hace como que se ve muy grande o exagerado para lo chiquita que esta ella... Aunque se ve mucho mejor en la segunda foto... El poder de una pose y un angulo!!!

I don't know, I guess it looks to me like she's wearing a sheet. Maybe it's just not my style.

No se, pero a mi se me hace como se trajera puesta una sabana. Tal vez simplemente no es mi estilo.

This dress worn by Elizabeth Banks is an interesting case: I had seen it a few days ago on my "In Style Look of the Day" email, and I thought it was very pretty, but once I got a closer look and saw here "bracelets" I changed my mind :-S

Este es un caso interesante (vestido de Elizabeth Banks): yo vi este vestido hace unos dias en mi correo de "In Style Look of the Day", y se me hizo muy bonito, pero ahora que tuve la oportunidad de verlo mas de cerca y ver sus accesorios, cambie de opnion :-S

This is not an ugly dress, it seems to me like the top is a bit "last season", but I do like how it looks on the full body picture... BUT it deserves honorable mention for the unflattering way the top bunches up on her side (like either her boob is too low or she has a fat roll, which is impossible).

Este vestido no esta feo, aunque se me hace que la parte de arriba se ve muy "de la temporada pasada", pero me gusta como se ve en la foto de cuerpo completo... PERO merece mencion de honor por la forma poco favorecedora en la que se le hace bombacho en la parte de arriba (como si tuviera la boob abajo o una lonja, lo cual es casi imposible).

I used to think Aishwarya Rai was one of the most beautiful women I had ever seen, yes, you might say I had a girl crush on her... But I think this dress doesn't do her justice, and maybe neither did her makeup this time :-(

Yo pensaba que Aishwarya Rai era una de las mujeres mas bonitas que yo habia visto... Pero este vestido no la hace ver tan bien como usualmente, y tal vez ni el maquillaje que traia puesto esta vez :-(
