Yellow Cars

It's not that John is racist... but, almost EVERY TIME that we saw a YELLOW CAR in San Diego he would say something to the effect of "I wonder who's driving that (insert here: baby shit green, bright orange or canary yellow) car???"... and most of the time, he was right: Mexicans :-)

Which brings me to my point. Everybody knows that this part of St. Louis is about 99% white, and, strangely enough, I've seen a fair share of yellow cars (lets say 0.5%) and most of the time, there are NOT like the first one, but more like the second one... And it makes me wonder, who's driving these yellow cars here???

No es que John sea racista... pero casi SIEMPRE que veíamos un CARRO AMARILLO en San Diego decía algo como "Quién estará manejando ese carro (inserta aquí: verde caca de bebé, naranja brillante o amarillo canario)???"... Y casi siempre tenía razón: mexicanos :-)

Lo que me lleva a mi siguiente punto: la mayoría de la gente sabe que el área de St. Louis en la que vivo está habitada por 99% de blancos y, raro, me ha tocado ver varios carros amarillos (digamos 0.5% de los carros), y la mayoría de las veces no se parecen al primer carro sino al segundo... Lo que me hace preguntarme, quién está manejando esos carros aquí???
