1. The dogs will have a yard to run.
2. I’ll have a bigger closet just for myself, and I won’t be hitting the door or the shoes hanged on the door or getting stuck on the coat hangers or other stuff (specially crappy when your clothes get caught and you almost choke or when your hair gets stuck and pulled) on my way in or out of our current tiny closet.
3. We’ll have the basement, so the rest of the house will look clean and organized (as opposed to right now, where John has all his “office” stuff in the living room table).
4. We’ll be able to have people over to visit us (either a few hours or a few days).
5. I could have an office where I can sit comfortably while I blog or look stuff on my laptop (as opposed to on the floor, in which case, lately when I get up I have pain on my hip and it makes me limp… yeah, I’m getting old LOL).
6. I will finally be able to unpack all of the stuff than has been in boxes since we moved from San Diego.
7. I will have decorative freedom and will decorate our whole house!
8. Christmases will be better, since we’ll have a fireplace, more space to decorate and host family and friends.
9. We’ll have a garage (huge plus in STL, specially in the winter).
10. When we decide to start trying for a baby, we’ll have room for the nursery ;-)

10 Mejores Cosas de cambiarnos a nuestra casa:

1. Las perras van a tener un patio en donde corer.
2. Voy a tener un closet más grande para mi sola, y no me voy a pegar en la puerta o con los zapatos colgados atrás de la puerta y me voy a atorar en los ganchos o en otras cosas (especialmente gacho cuando te atoras de la ropa y casi te ahorcas o cuando se te enreda el cabello en algo y se jala) en lo que me meto o salgo del closet diminuto que tenemos ahorita.
3. Vamos a tener el sótano, y el resto de la casa se va a ver limpia y organizada (a diferencia de ahorita, qeu John tiene todas sus cosas de “oficina” en la mesa de la sala).
4. Vamos a poder inviter a gente a la casa (ya sea por unas cuantas horas o unos cuantos días).
5. Voy a poder tener una ofician donde me pueda sentar cómodamente mientras escribo mi blog o busco cosas en la computadora (a diferencia de echada en el suelo, donde, últimamente cuando me levanto hace que me duela la cadera y ando cojeando un rato… si ya estoy ruca jajaja).
6. Finalmente voy a poder desempacar todas las cosas que han estado en cajas desde que nos venimos de San Diego.
7. Voy a tener libertad para decorar, y voy a decorar toda nuestra casa!
8. Las Navidades van a ser majors, porque vamos a tener la chimenea, y más espacio para decorar y recibir a amigos y familiares.
9. Vamos a tener garage (algo muy positivo sobre todo en St. Louis en el invierno).
10. Cuando decidamos tener hijos, vamos a tener espacio para el cuarto del bebé ;-)
